Prof Dr Pat Naidoo Pr.Eng. MBA

is a specialist consultant in electrical engineering and power systems and Visiting Scholar in the Department of Mechanical Engineering Science and Professor of Practice in the Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment, University of Johannesburg. He is a Fellow of the South African Academy of Engineers, a Fellow of the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers, a Senior Member of IEEE(USA), a Member of IODSA and Cigre (France).  His current research interests are in sustainable development as driven by the green economy, industrial revolution 4.0 and job creation for the post-industrial society.  Dr. Naidoo’s industrial career was with the Electricity Supply Commission of South Africa, from Engineer in Training to Senior General Manager of the Transmission Group.

Director at Zwino Corporate Services (Pty) Ltd, experienced executive and independent director on boards. Holds an LLM in Labour Law, a Management Advancement Programme (MAP), and completed an International Executive Development Programme with Wits and London Business School.

Sylvia Siphugu:

Managing Director of Intel Power (Pty) Ltd, an energy development company, and executive at Bigen Group (Pty) Ltd, an infrastructure-focused engineering firm. Holds an MBA from Milpark Business School, a Business Administration degree, diplomas in Project Management, and is pursuing a DPhil in Digital Transformation at University of Johannesburg Business School.

Mulalo Dzivhani:​​

Founder and Managing Director at Otonda Chartered Accountants, with over 15 years as a Chartered Accountant. Also, founder and Property Principal of Luxury Property SA, specializing in residential property sales. Expertise includes auditing, financial management, supply chain, and fund management. Holds a BCom Hons in Accounting Sciences and an Executive Development Programme from Duke CE.

Eddie Mandongane :

Managing Director of a logistics company in the mining sector. A self-taught entrepreneur with experience in logistics and the mining industry.
 

Xolani Lembede:

Holds a BSc (Hons) in Energy Studies, BTech in Electrical Engineering, and MAP. Former senior engineer at Eskom and General Manager at City Power. Now an Executive Director at PWDXPerts, providing engineering solutions in power generation, energy efficiency, water, and property development.
